After updating both my computers to macOS Monterey, the system does not go to sleep when any bluetooth device is connected, including Apple ones (Keyboard/Magic Mouse 2)
pmset -g in Terminal shows that bluetoothd prevents the system from sleeping.
Does anyone else has this issue?
Has anybody found a fix/workaround?

I tested the MX keys keyboard and MX 2s mouse with the issues. After looking up info on logitech I completely removed the Logitech Options software and downloaded the Beta Logitech+Options+Plus software and installed it. I had to go buy a new MX Master 3 mouse since it didn't support the 2S mouse I currently had.
Have been running the new Logitech Options Plus beta with the MX Keys for Mac keyboard along with the MX Master 3 mouse without any Bluetooth issues. Mine is now sleeping when I close the lid or manually choose sleep and it stays asleep.
I have updated my MBP 16' 2019 to Monterey 12.2.1 and the problem seems to be fixed. I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse and an Apple Magic Keyboard, I left them both on all night and this morning my laptop battery was above 90% so it went to sleep. Update your software.
Did you also try booting into Safe Mode?

I'm having this same problem on an iMac i9 (2019). I was hoping that Monterrey 12.2 would fix it, but it has not. Have you found any success?
I did. My problem is basically identical to OPs. If I manually put the Mac to sleep it even wakes up.
The same problem on an iMac 2019, please fix it urgently!! Apple is wasting a lot of electricity & increasing carbon emissions.
In my case, it's been happening since 12.0. I think the MacBook people just started noticing it at 12.2 (or the issue got worse).

My Mac only sleeps well if the keyboard and mouse are off.
Same issue is happening on my 2019 16" Macbook Pro. I've updated to the latest 12.2.1 and the issue continues.
I miss the days when Apple released software that was stable and worked.
The Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Mouse work fine with 12.21 on both of my Macs. They did not with 12.20
Researching online reveal that sleep problems with Logitech mouse keyboard are common with Monterey although worked fine with Big Sur.
Bluetooth pervents iMac 27" (2019) and MacBook Pro 13 (Intel 2019) from sleeping
