Books app is slow and laggy on Monterey

After upgrading to Monterey, the previously *adequate* Books.app is now almost unusable as there is a 2-3 second lag each time I turn a page. Is it just me? I don't think so, I see others out there on reddit with this problem too. Any solutions?

Monterey 12.4 upgrade causing intermittent freezing Is anyone else experiencing an annoying intermittent freezing since upgrading to Monterey 12.4? It's very irritating and especially noticeable whole listening to music. The cursor freezes as well. It lasts for a few seconds and seems to come in burts of 2-3 incidents at a time. Very intermittent, but still an issue.

Mouse and Keyboard severely lagging after upgrading to Monterey I recently upgraded to Monterey and my keyboard and mouse lag so badly it takes twice as long to get anything done. I'm constantly having to move the mouse and the keyboard has a mind of its own. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue? This question was posted before and claimed to be solved but the solution is absurd. The user plugged in the keyboard and mouse to a hub. That's not possible with my bluetooth magic mouse because its not usable when its plugged in since the cord is on the bottom.

Same here, going to open a ticket with the Enterprise Helpdesk support. Will let you know if anything comes out of it.
