iPhone 13 Pro Max - Express Replacement Service
Hi guys, not sure if anyone from here have any experience.
Purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max on 29-Oct and went home then found a screen scratch on the brand new unit. Then i contacted AppleCare support yesterday and ask for a replacement unit and then requested for Express Replacement Service because i dont want to drop by to Retail Store to get the replacement.
My unit was purchase within 14days. So my question is, does anyone know Apple will replace another brand new unit for me, or a refurbished/replacement unit which only come inside a white box.
