Notes folder missing on phone but are still in iCloud.

I have one or two folders in my Notes app that are missing all of the sudden. When I log on to iCloud on a web browser they are there. They’re not deleted and all the note toggles are turned on in the different accounts. Somebody please help. I’m not sure if logging out of iCloud on my iPhone then logging back in will restore them. I’m worried that the missing notes on my phone will make them disappear on iCloud if it syncs. Then they’ll be lost forever. Also my iPad has the same results as the phone. Missing the same folders.

Please Help!

Hi Nikk80,

It appears that on your iPhone and iPhone, you're not seeing some notes in the Notes app like you see on the iCloud website. First, you'll want to archive or make copies of the notes that are still showing in iCloud. This article shows how to do that: Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support That way your data is still accessible in some form.

After that is done, you could first see restarting your devices might help:

Restarting can seem like a simple step, but it can sometimes help resolve issues. If that doesn't help, you could see if toggling notes for iCloud off and on for your iPhone and iPad may help push those folders back from iCloud to your devices.
