Locked apple id, no access to email
Hi All. My wife is trying to resurrect her long-unused iPad mini. Her apple ID is locked, she has no access to the email address, and cannot remember the security question answers. Also, when trying to get to the security questions, the website will not accept inputs for date of birth. Try to get hold of support and we are told to log in...really? This is the support of one of the premier providers on the planet? ....Anyone got a workaround please?
