Hi, yesterday I unboxed my new iPhone 13 pro max 256gb, which arrived straight from US, and upon taking off the screen cover I immediately saw a small scratch right around bottom left corner of the top notch (where camera is).
I don't know what to do as I am in Ukraine and the phone is 100% new.

I’m pretty upset that my new IPhone 13 pro max also got scratched up. I’m sure like everyone who has the same experience can say that they are careful with their phone. All I do is put it in my empty pockets with nothing in it and it still comes out with scratches. I bought this phone thinking that the screen with be less prone to scratches but that is not the case. Apple does not care to address the issue as I tried returning the phone but was told that it is out of their hands. Was told to buy apple care plus and get the screen replaced. From this point on apple has lost my trust. No longer do I feel like buying anymore of their products
