Photos in my camera roll showing up blank white with no lens info

Photos in my camera roll are showing up blank. We we’re taking photos and looking back a handful show up blank/ white even though we know the photos were taken. The photo shows “no lens information”. When I log into iCloud, I don’t see as many white boxes but I still see some showing and the pics I’m looking for are still not in iCloud.

I have a 12 pro.
