Upon recognizing the QR code on my proof of vaccination form, my device does NOT show a Health app notification. Rather, it only allows me to copy the QR code or to search via Safari about the vaccine product.

100% sure. QR code printed on the bottom of cert from state registry. A yellow zone in camera appears that correctly shows all of the information encoded in the QR. I can tap that yellow zone and it will take me to safari. I do not, however, get a Health App prompt.

There have been a few reports on these boards from some issuers that aren't working, most notably North Carolina. A few others have written that they have a QR code with information encoded, but it ends up not being a smart card, QR code. Not sure if wither is the case for you. I've also come across one conversation about the QR needing to be added into a regional health system records system first, which then populates health, and ultimately the wallet. Not sure if that was required or a workaround.
Thank you. Your note prompted me to use the QR code from my health system records instead of using the QR code from the state registry. It worked. Thank you for the work around.
