I'm able to connect to Wi-Fi with an android device but not with my iPhone or ipad . This has never happened before. Both devices have a check mark shown in for Wi-Fi in settings, but screen shows no internet connection. I have tried all the sighs with no luck.

After chatting with an Apple tech, Jose, and following his suggestions, it turned out it was the VPN which was on my Apple devises. Wi-Fi signal now comes through on both my iPhone and iPad. Problem solved!
