I'm in Apple Maps looking up a business. When I find it I see that there is Create New Contact. However, when I select it I do not see it in my contacts. How do I do create a new contact from Apple Maps? (Previously unanswered question by someone else)

i have two accounts, the iCloud account and the Hotmail/Outlook account. However, there is only one account for Contacts and it is Hotmail/Outlook. Would this explanation helps with specific instructions? Thanks
