Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019 - panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff801086090a): Sleep transition timed out after

Hello guys,

My MB Pro 16 inch is restarting every night when I leave it to hibernate. The following error is present each morning:

I have tried changing the sleep timer to "Never", tried to remove the checkbox from put hard disk to sleep, did an SMC reset, but nothing is resolving this.

Any ideas?

MAC OS Big Surr is the current OS.
