Migration assistant for Windows - Monterey

I just purchased a 2021 Macbook Pro and am attempting to use Migration Assistant to move data from my PC to my new MacBook running Monterey. Each time I try to start the Migration Assistant on my PN, I get a notice that I have to stop Edge, but it's not running. The program recommends a restart, but after 8-9 restarts and still the same problem, I need help.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.0

See about uninstall the Windows browser id necessary for the transfer to proceed(?).
