Whatsapp desktop not connecting

I have problems connecting WhatsApp on desktop / web. After scanning the QR code the screens on both iPhone & iMac would get stuck and then reset back to the page with QR code. I've tried to delete and reinstall WhatsApp on both devices, I've also tried to reset my internet connection but still to no avail! Somone please help me!!!


My business catalog is also not working. Whenever I try to edit a listing, I would receive this error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

iMac 27″, macOS 12.0

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you are attempting to use WhatsApp using Safari on your desktop but after scanning the QR code, you are unable to log in, is that right? Since noticing this issue, has your Mac been restarted? Uninstalling and reinstall the apps was a great step to take. You can also check for any updates for your iPhone and Mac.
