Hi.
I am not able to use my Escape (Esc) key after upgrading to MacOS Monterrey 12.0.1. I am confident that it is not a hardware issue.
Here is what I tried:
The Esc key won't work/register/detect/respond.
Is anybody else facing the same issue? My device is MacBook Air M1.

I sure that this is related with Siri.app, because CMD+Space long press not working also. Siri app from menubar not responding at all.
How to fix it:
Go to Activity Monitor > Kill process Siri.app
Now Esc will work correctly.
CleanMyMac is a legit app that a lot of high profile YouTubers advertise, you don’t have to remove it. It’s a useful app.

when you say siri.app, you mean the siri app right? It worked when i did that but just wanted to make sure that i wasnt doing anything wrong or something
