Adobe photoshop elements does not launch after installing OS Monterey. I started the computer in safe mode and it worked but after restarting the computer in normal mode the PSE does not launch. Any suggestions? Thanks
I posted this workaround in early November but it keeps disappearing:
It has worked for my iMac (Processor: 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3)
I have tried it several times and it works but if you close PSE it will not reopen and you have to do it all over again. Good luck.
