I have a dead pixel on my iphone 11 phone, this happens for the 2nd time, the screen changed once, the service wants to change the screen again, I want them to change the phone

We are all users on this user to user only forum. We can't help you with your repair. You'll have to continue to deal with whoever you had replace the screen.
