Unwanted subscriptions and refund request

So I downloaded an app but I never meant to subscribe to that app because I immediately deleted it. but suddenly I get a notification that I have subscribed to the application for the next year for 1.4 million rupiahs. For the last 2 months, I have never received any notification regarding the subscription for this application, most likely because the amount of money in my bank account has never been much before. Even the option for subscription in the settings didn't exist so I never thought that there would be. However, when I just saved it in the bank account, they suddenly cut my money without prior notification, even though I had worked hard to collect it. btw, mine is an iPhone 6plus which can't update ios anymore stuck at 12.5.5. Please help me, did anyone get the money back?

Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.


Wondering

  • if you have properly cancelled that subscription.
  • if the app was from Apple or another developer.

Statements often list the name of the company, such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc."
