Apple does not support downgrading iPadOS. If you are experiencing a problem with a single app, see this for troubleshooting the app. If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support If this does not correct the issue, then contact the app developer for support.
