Where is Sidecar on my M1 MBP and iPad Pro?

I have a 13" M1 MacBook Pro (2020) running Monterey and an iPad Pro 11" running iPadOS 15.1. I can't seem to find any options for Airplay, Sidecar or anything else to connect the two devices. I even have them connected via USBC and there are no options for using the iPad as a screen or a pen tablet. Please help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0
