Where is Sidecar on my M1 MBP and iPad Pro?

I have a 13" M1 MacBook Pro (2020) running Monterey and an iPad Pro 11" running iPadOS 15.1. I can't seem to find any options for Airplay, Sidecar or anything else to connect the two devices. I even have them connected via USBC and there are no options for using the iPad as a screen or a pen tablet. Please help?

Some people have recommended Sidecar but they do not tell you how to do that. I believe that you click and hold on the green dot on a window and an option will appear but my iPad mini doesn't show up there either. Are there other settings for Sidecar? What I want to do is drag a window to the iPad so that I can use an Apple Pencil (gen 1 for gen 5 Mini) to draw on Photoshop etc. I'm using the latest iOS for the iPad and Monterrey 12.6.3. how to use sidecar mac book pro early 2015 -Catalina / and Ipad Pro Updated to 13 My husband said he reads on his MS PC- I just do Air Play and it will be seen on ipad pro?But I do not know that airplay is still a thing? I do not understand directions= I do not know the terms?meaning of words and or what is what- words are used in ways I STILL cant not be sure I understand and I MUST BE doing everything wrong. because I continue to chase myself. ok! anyone can you tell me how to use ADOBE CC Illustrator+ Photoshop that is on my MBP- use IPad-Pro instead of a other tablet so I can draw and so forth using my IPAD and NOT " my wacom" ? this is what Side car does ? yes or no? Extending my Mac screen to iPad I have a Mac air (13 inch, 2017). I am currently running macOS Monterey. I am trying to use sidecar to extend my macscreen to my iPad air4 but it isn't working. I can't seem to find the Airplay button
