Soap opera effect ONLY with Apple TV+

We see you have a concern regarding the Apple TV app on your smart TV. We'd be happy to help.

Have you been able to try turning off the applicable settings while you have content currently playing from the Apple TV app? We ask as TVs may have separate settings for things loaded up for things like SDR, HDR, Dolby Vision, etc., and these may just be able to be adjusted while each different type is loaded at that time.

I have the same issue with my recently purchased Samsung TV. The Tv has been calibrated for best picture quality. Have a Apple Tv box but the Samsung had the app built in so I just use that. Alll AppleTv+ content have the soap opera effect and its the only streaming service I have the issue with.
