My backup is not recognized by iTunes

I had a iPhone 6s with which I created a backup from all my files on the phone and tried to transfer all of it on the my new iPhone 11 Pro Max but the problem is when I try to select backup file name the iTunes does not recognize the backup and as internet says when I go to backup folder on this

path: "[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup"

there is a folder with same amount of my backup size but the folder has too many empty folders

first of all how to fix this issue.

second is there any software to restore my iPhone 6s (from the phone itself)

thank you in advance and be noticed that there a lot of business matter materials were in phone and that is very important to me to fix this matter.

  • Did you create the iPhone 6S’ backup in the standard way as indicated in the article linked above?

yes I did.

  • You should never “select backup file name”. You should be selecting the backup based on the options you see in iTunes.

nope I didn`t choose any name the iTunes choose a name based on my phone name.

  • Are you using a current computer operating system?

same PC - OS

  • Are you using a current iTunes version?

iTunes updated itself before starting to get backup 12.2.2 I think.
