Iphone 11 Message contacts slow to load when typing in the persons name

Hi All

When i am going to type a message to a friend from my contacts, I open the message app, Then start typing the persons name.

Usually as fast as I type the persons name, the phone brings up contacts with that name and then narrows it down as i type more of their name.

In the last few weeks i can type their full name and then still have to wait and few more seconds for the Phone to bring up their number.

I thought it was because i hadn't done the latest update, so i did the update yesterday, turn the phone on and off and it is still very slow on the message app.

All other apps which look at my contacts are supper fast, Whats App, Email, Phone Calls, FB Messenger ect>

Any ideas?
