Oppo HA-1 DAC and Apple Music Hi-Res Lossless

hello, I have a question on how my Oppo HA-1 DAC handles Hi-Res Lossless ALAC files in Apple Music.

I played Metallica's Black Album which is in hi res lossless in 24/96. for some reason, on the DAC, it is showing as 32/96. I am using my iPhone 12 Pro Max which is on iOS15.

the same DAC handles the same album in FLAC format as it should whereby the 24/96 FLAC file shows up as 24/96 on the DAC.

I seem to be having this problem only with the Apple Music app when connected to the DAC. I have written to Oppo tech support and they have confirmed that as long as the 24/96 FLAC file shows up as 24/96 on the DAC, then there is nothing else that they can do for me.
