Apple canceled my paid order (new macbook pro 16).
No explanation of the reasons, and the money was not returned. Who should I contact? is it possible via chat?

If your order was still in "Processing" then your card was not charged—it may have put a hold on the funds but not charged.
Typically if an order was canceled it is due to the fact Apple could not meet the "expected delivery date"
You simply have to re-order.

I expect that when they went to pull it off the shelf, they discovered it had already been sold, possibly not recorded properly as sold.
Inventory, if it exists at all, is VERY thin.
