Mac Pro (Late 2013) Randomly Restarting
My computer restarts randomly, rarely mid working but majority of time when it’s in sleep.
I tried resetting SMC and it has not helped. I get the following error report log.

MCA Errors are usually hardware issues with the CPU/Logic Board or some component tied directly to the CPU such as a connected Thunderbolt device. Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.
Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the Mac to provide you with a repair estimate.
I have this issue too with my Mac Pro Late 2013:

So is this another of these "we at apple have no knowledge about this and it happens to nobody else" or are at least 19 people having the same issue enough reason to provide help?
I'll add to that! Mac Pro Late 2013 here as well (which I love by the way).
Started beeping every 7 seconds after sleeping for a while, and was unable to wake it. Reset PRAM, now it just crashes during sleep and then reboots. I'll be back after trying all of the suggestions above.
Hello,
i don’t know that’s the reason in my case. I don’t have any 3rd party converters, all my converters are apple made and yet I still see the reboots.
im convinced it’s a Mac OS issue: One because it started with the software update before upgrading to Monterey, and two, I do not have this issue on my Bootcamp side.
I just had the same issue. Bought the pre-owned trash can deal from Best Buy this last week.

I have only an external Thunderbolt-RAID attached which work flawlessly under under all previous macOSes and two USB-Drives which should not cause problems.
I‘m always sending the crash reports to apple so it would be amazing if they could provide a fix for this annoying issue.
Not sure why this post is flagged as a solution, because my issue is not resolved.
power nap is not the only issue, because one, my computer reboots sometimes randomly while it’s idle without it going to sleep, two this issue arose from a software update, none of my devices or accessories have changed since way before this nightmare of an update.
I'm having this same issue as well on my Mac Pro 2013 model. I'm running macOS Monterey 12.1.
I've tried disabling all of the power saving settings by unchecking all the boxes, but I still have the restart issue.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I've tried disabling all of the power saving settings by unchecking all the boxes, but I still have the restart issue.
I did not add or change any peripherals. The Mac Pro is working fine with Big Sur, but with Catalina and Moterey I had the same issue.
SMC Reset did not help.
Can you fix this problem in next OS Update?
Me too! I've had these sporadic "it just died" events for quite some time now. I do not know if the error has always been the same, as most of the time, I log in as a non-admin user and thus do not see the "your system restarted, here's a trace", but did happen to log in as admin just now to run the (mainly worthless) EtreCheckPro as I saw hidden somewhere in the voluminous report that I should run it with Admin privs, potentially to get useful information.
Anyway, see below for my report. Trash-can Pro (late 2013).
Five months passed since I've bought a Mac Pro trashcan 6,1 but after loosing few times , hours of work because of the intempestive random restarts , I don't dare anymore to launch an encoding , to do a zoom meeting with my team especially when I'm the presenter so I keep thinking that I bougth a pretty expensive machine for googeling .
It came with Big Sur freshly reinstalled , I've installed my software and had my first crash during a movie encoding .
Initially I thought that the problem will be solved by reinstalling everything , so I did it but the issue remains .
After that I've installed monterey hopping that the issue was related to the OS but it keep restarting.
The solution proposed here,(if I well understood) , disabling all the Power Nap options did not help neither .
entering in diagnostic mode but it does not find anything .
I've id also the pram smc reset , however the issue is still here .
So , since last Monday, the trashcan restarted 4 times, please find bellow my last trace :
I had the same crash again a few minutes ago,
For the first time i noticed in i status menus that the fan wasn't working after the crash (0rpm).
Maybe it is related to the problem?
Has anyone noticed something similar?
After i restarted again fan works fine.
It‘s an OS bug for sure and we are ****** to wait for a fix with a new OS patch but can‘t urge apple in any way I‘m afraid.
Interestingly I got hit by this problem with only with Monterey but not with Big Sur.
Very sad that my formerly good working MacPro is loosing all confidence I had before to him.
I don't run Chrome on my machine at all. I occasionally use a Chromium based browser called Brave, but I don't leave it open. I mainly use Safari for everything. I should also mention that I have close to 80 tabs open at the moment in Safari lol

Mac Diagnostics reporting no problems, and nothing configured in Power settings by me for that time-frame - so it feels like it's an OS problem?
I have the same pb too. I have been in contact with Apple Support and their solutions are simply useless...Install...resintall...erase reinstall...I gotta work with my trash can I can't just do all these things...I'm just removing sleep mode and will see what happens.
