Verification failed message on Samsung TV

My Apple TV+ account won’t sign in on my Samsung TV. It gives me an instant ‘verification failed’ message. No other options work. Has been working for 2 months before this without issue. Have tried to reboot the TV, re-downloaded app, reset Samsung smart centre, but nothing works…

From your post it appears that you are having an issue verifying the credentials from your Apple TV+ account on your Samsung TV.


The article you came from, Get the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on your smart TV, streaming device, or game console, explains how to obtain the app for these devices.


Using another device, try to sign in to Apple TV+ using the same user name and password.


Assuming you are able to use those same credentials and sign in on other devices, we would check and confirm that the Samsung TV has a working internet connection.
