Quick Actions with Fn key not visible in Monterey

I've got in Preferences -> Keyboard -> option "Press and hold Fn key to: Show Quick Actions" checked, but actions are not visible. The only option to show actions in Touch Bar is to add "Quick Actions" button to Control Strip.

I'd like to still use Quick Actions on Touch Bar with Fn key like before.

Same unresolved issue as https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252091662

I have figured a workaround where if you add a Shortcut using the Shortcuts.app to be visible in the Touch Bar, it will start showing the Quick Actions as well hope this helps and maybe should be also added to this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252091662 if verified as useful as that thread is the first search hit in search engines.

There's still a bug in Mac OS X Monterey though
