iPad no longer prompts for username and password when connecting to school network--unable to log in.

Prior to iPadOS 15, when connecting to my school network, I would get a pop-up prompting my username and password to sign in.

Since updating to iPadOS 15, that pop-up no longer appears, therefore I cannot sign in to my school network.

Is there a fix or workaround? Thanks

You can attempt to forget the network and then reconnect. This should prompt you for the login information. You may also need to reach out to the network administrator at your school.
