hello --

gonna keep this brief because im very stressed out but this sucks & I have not had a phone for 2 weeks. it all of a sudden just turned off & would not turn on after new ios came out late october. it just is perpetually stuck on 'loading' apple logo like when it turns back on. nothing happened -- as in no, it did not fall on the floor, in the water, or any other possible scenario you could come up with

it wont let me update or restore -- it erratically tells me to update then after multiple tried (ive done it 10000 times) it says "ok wait, naw u gota restore boi" .... it gives me these errors :

is there anyone who could help ? I updated my computer today to the news os & it still doesnt work.

also -- please, for the love of all almighty gods -- please do not link me to this website:

or: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204770

trust me I have read them plenty, & information readily loses any sense or creativity when it is just a repetitive formula

I thought I should say that because most of the replies on this subject are links to that 1 page & nothing else ... like almost every single reply ;/

thx, Peace & Love ...

Unfortunately, for error codes one receives when you cannot update/restore, those are the only recommendations one here can make. We are users like yourself. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. You need to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support for assistance. Good luck, but this sounds like a hardware issue.

thx for replying ,,, ya I kinda assumed no one had another answer cos I didnt see anyone have one ,,,

also -- regarding hardware, I rlly dont know anything about computers, but I assume that when you say it sounds like a 'hardware problem' as opposed to a 'software problem' u r referring to it being like a physical/mechanical issue lol ?

see, I wouldnt doubt you only because I know nothing, but if my assumption is right, I dont understand how it could be a hardware problem that went from totally fine/no issues/never had this happen before -- to all of a sudden it is totally incapacitated ,,, as in it just turns off & wont turn on ,,,

also -- I think its suspicious cos it happened on the 25th of october, which was literally the exact same day as the new ios came out, and it started freaking out telling me to update etc & then turned off,,,

I know its just something ppl say but ,,, that apple purposely makes ur phone unusable when it is old or something (kind of like when they switched the head phones & charger all of a sudden) & it is too coincidental for me to believe it just happened to 'break' / a 'freak accident'

anyways, thx, apple has also tried to insist its a hardware issue, before rlly inquiring about my experience (they seem uninterested in knowing what, when, & how ,,,)
