ICloud not syncing with Outlook anymore

Recently ICloud on my Windows 10 PC has stopped syncing calendars etc with my MS Outlook. I get the message - see image. I follow those instructions to the letter but still get the same response. I've tried logging out, uninstalling, re-downloading, and re-installing but I'm stuck with this response. It's really frustrating me as I will update my calendar on both my Apple and Outlook calendars and it's helpful if they both show the same thing. Everything else is working as you can see from the other image
