I try to read or move files to iCloud/Shortcuts folder, but the button "Move" is always blank when the target folder is Shortcuts. When I try to read from Shortcuts folder any file defining its exact name and extension, I fail. Seems like this folder is buggy.

We understand that you're unable to move files into your Shortcuts folder. Is this a custom folder that you created? Create a new custom folder and try to move the shortcut there. If it works here, you can move the files to the working folder or you could update to the latest software version. You're a few versions behind. We've provided some helpful support articles to guide you with moving and creating custom folders and updating.

Thank you. I did try to do all the things that you mentioned. I read over internet many people experience this bug. They all try to report to Apple but for now unsuccessfully. It is a system folder Shortcuts. It is used by the Shortcuts function to get the name of a file to pass it to further procedures. And I cannot use another path rather than system Shortcuts folder. I tried to create my own folder shortcuts and delete the system folder shortcuts. But the system recreates its "system" Shortcuts folder so that it exists simultaneously with my Shortcuts. And same troubles continue. I installed 15.1 today. Nothing changed. Guys from Apple, please search google for Shortcuts ios troubles. And read what people write and please help! There is something strange going on there!
