Mac 2012 very slow and glitchy

C1***TY3 does this MacBook Pro support Catalina? mien has been bugging out and just keeps rebooting and when I try to download update it says resources not found. I run bootcamp if that makes any difference and. aisle have 16gb of ram and plenty of space on the Mac side tyia

"If you're using one of these computers with OS X Mavericks or later, you can install macOS Catalina. Your Mac also needs at least 4GB of memory and 12.5GB of available storage space, or up to 18.5GB of storage space when upgrading from OS X Yosemite or earlier".


macOS Catalina is compatible with these computers - Apple Support



If your Mac meets Catalina requirements, a Safe Mode boot safely deletes system caches that might help with the problems you are describing.
