Preview, printer, paper size settings

Hello everyone,

last sunday I erased the Mac (it needed it, I haven't done it for three years, ever since Mojave came out) and I didn't import anything, I purposely reinstalled everything clean.

Obviously, I saved some preferences, but I forgot some others, like that of the sheet measurements in the Preview print settings (as shown in the image), which among other things I don't know where are placed.

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to recover it from some "hidden" file in the system?

I have the Time Machine back-up and the hard disk clone, I have searched everywhere, but without success, even trying to create a new setting hoping to see some changed or new files.

Sorry for my bad "Googlish".

Thanks.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

This file [in bold] stores any custom paper sizes:

/Users/<your-user-name>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.print.custompapers.plist
