Iphone 11 black spot in the bottom side of the screen.

A few days ago my Iphone 11 started showing a black spot in the left bottom side of the screen. No drop, no hits, anything like that.

the spot kept disappearing but as soon as the sun hit the screen it would come back and now it won’t go away.

I read here that if I took my phone to the apple store they would replace it for free because this is a faulty product, but they want to charge me 200dlls. Is there a way I can waive that fee?

I don’t really want to stop using Apple products but this drop in quality and new charger not included policies is turning me down.
