Help with my apple watch

So I got this Apple Watch from my mom and she erased and unpaired it from her phone and she gave me her Apple ID and password but it says that my Apple ID and password cannot be used to pair this Apple Watch

How do I hook up my Apple Watch when it was a previous apple id I have Apple Watch that I bought a year ago, gave it to my daughter and she put on her phone with her Apple ID. I don’t know her password for Apple ID and she has passed and I want to use the Apple Watch now. I set to factory took the Watch off her apple phone and it still asks for her password on the Apple Watch. I just need to get this re set so I can use the watch
