Hey I’ve been trying to use my Apple account balance which is $714 for the past year I can’t purchase in app purchases it always says that my iTunes gift cards are not available but my balance is $714 and then when I try to purchase and install it says it’s been disabled please help me I want to use that money it’s a lot of money thank you

hi John you are in luck because after long long time with them, I finally got my issue solved.
here is why they are clueless, and that is entire on Apple's training not telling them what is Apple Account Balance is disabled mean, that is showing on our side, but on Apple's back end it shows we have purchasing block.
so here is the solution Call the number 1 800-my-apple, ask for post sells department then ask them to check if you have purchasing blocked by the system, then they will tell you yes, after that ask them to submit an unblock request to their "back office support team" that is how they are called internally by Apple.
after that 1 day later it should be resolved.
PS the Limnos guy here so called level 10 don't know anything, he is a totally waste of time, just spam posting things we already know......like just call the number they gave us yeah right! like we didn't already done that million times !
The post sells agents have helped me to send a request. They told me that the purchase block will be removed after 24 hours. However, almost 48 hours has passed. Is this situation acceptable?

Same case with me. I have called 14 times and no solution Yet. Can’t make app purchases or renew my subscriptions. Very frustrating! Did you eventually get your balance back?
its says my balance has been disabled and i need help on how to get it restored . cant use it for anything any more

It doesn’t say it on the screenshot I can give you but it says it When I try to make a purchase in the Apple Store it doesn’t let me use it it has $714 and it should be using it before used all the other payment message and it does not
