downloading music on a MacBook Pro

I got my MacBook Pro two days ago and I found the following issues:


Songs cannot be downloaded in Apple Music as the picture shown below.


Dolby Atmos is showing not available. (and where can I check if I'm playing music in dolby atmos?)


and I wonder how to delete a message in Message?
