I just bought a Macbook Air 2020 (M1). It has Big Sur installed obviously. But i cannot download and install the available 11.6.1 update. Right after clicking install the progression bar pops up with only 1 millimeter progression and it does not get any longer.
The update does however install properly on on my an older macbook pro (late 2017)

Thanks for the response. The problem was the download, it eventually stalled. The internet connection was good. I guess it was the server that responded very slow or not at all. Until this morning. The download eventually completed after an hour or so and the update installed as expected.
