Can't find my home videos on my iPhone 11. Not in Apple TV

Even I have done this change. I have changed the media kind to ‘Movie’ and ‘TV show’ based on my content imported.
Workaround: In the Content of the "Home Videos" add One Customised Genre or Multiple Genres to all the videos in the Home Videos then the videos will start to appear under Genres
So what is shown is as depicted in the 2 Pics below
There isn’t any way to add anything as you described. Can you show me the "add" button? Clicking on Genres only shows what is listed there.
