Iphone with a fake seal

Dear Apple

I have already purchased a new full box unactive IP 12 Promax phone, so I inboxed and talked with a shop before buying at the store. When I talked with them, I made it clear that I wanted to buy a new, full box. However, when I bought it, I thought I bought a full box, so I didn't open it to carefully check the active day at the store. After coming home and unboxing the phone, I discovered that the phone was activated 11 months ago and even has a scratch. The problem is that they have made a fake seal for an old iPhone and already active and then they tried to sell it to customers as a new iPhone. I am really disappointed why Apple can make a seal that was easy to fake. So at right now, I would like to know my iPhone with Seri F2***D52 if anyone has used it before? Please let me know has anyone opened or logged in their iCloud to this iPhone.
