USB Port Connection

Hello I have a iPhone 13 pro and recently updated to IOS 15.1. The other day I plugged my phone into my car via lightening cable and it charged my phone but it wouldn’t connect to my car’s radio. When I went to play music it just played out of the phone itself. I’ve tried changing lightening cables and restarted the phone but it didn’t change anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello BobW42,

There should be a setting/button on your car that specifies the source of audio input. It is different on all cars, but should be something similar USB, FM radio, CD etc.

I also have this problem , it used to work and when another iPhone is plugged in automatically connects I’ve been through all settings and new leads nothing is working
