iphone 13 aux cable car not connecting

I have seen other posts but hoping Apple can rectify the issue and read my question properly please.

After the latest update the aux cable NOT USB NOR BLUETOOTH , the iphone 13 no longer plays sound from voice calls through the AUX cable to the car but does play music.

Please sort out ASAP as AUX cable is the clearest compared to bluetooth.

The cable is fine as it works with older ios and car is fine too as its physical aux cable not carplay etc.

Either rectify through update or settings.

Thanks

Hello Spiverine,

We see you're having issues with call audio not coming through when connecting your iPhone to your car. We'd be happy to help.

Some steps you can try would include restarting the iPhone: Restart your iPhone

Be sure to also check the adapter that you're using for any dirt/debris. Similarly, try the same with the car's AUX port as well.

If possible, also try testing this out in a different car, as that would help greatly to isolate the issue further.

If you do happen to have another adapter or cable to try, these can additionally help to work on getting the issue isolated down as well.

Take care.

Hi Apple

So I've done all that but no luck.

Other iphone 13 users have complained about the same thing. Its not our cars nor cable, its your ios update.

It's quite annoying after spending 1,500 pounds and it won't connect through aux on my car. If anything you can send a new aux cable as that's the only thing I havent tried. My current aux cable is fine and it works with older models of the iphones.
