Random music playing on apply TV without music selected

I’m going crazy - random music just starts playing when we are watching Netflix, movies, everything! Music is not open on any devices - I’ve done a hard shut off, no open apps and cannot get this to stop playing - we’ve checked all our Apple devices, phones, macs etc and music and Bluetooth are not connected to music. I have cleared entire open apps off Apple TV and nothing is showing then pop up music from George Michael happens - seriously can’t make this up - help!!!

Apple TV is not supposed to output audio from two different sources simultaneously under any circumstances. Outputting a second audio stream would normally replace whatever was playing. Is the new music replacing what was playing?

See if your Apple TV allows AirPlay from unknown others.
