iPhone 12 freezing during calls

Hey there JoeAhm,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with your iPhone 12 when on a call.

Does the iPhone become unresponsive, restart unexpectedly, or something else?

Does this happen on incoming calls, outgoing calls, or every call? What about if you make a call with FaceTime Audio?
