Display pixel dimensions in Finder preview (Monterey)

I've just swapped from to a new Macbook Pro supplied by a new job, from my previous personal Macbook Pro. In the Finder I've always been able to see image and video pixel dimensions in the Preview window in Column view, and now can't do so. When I go to View Options (Cmd + J) in the Finder, 'Show Item Info' is no longer present. I can't even press Cmd + I on a file as that doesn't appear to show the pixel dimensions either. As a video editor, this is a pretty critical thing that I use most days to see whether a clip is SD / HD / 4K etc at a quick glance.

I'm sure I've encountered this issue before but can't remember how I fixed it!
