upgrade MacOS Monterey problem

Spec : imac 27 Retina 2020 i9 big sur 11.6.1

problem found after updated MacOS Monterey 12.0.1

1) Screen saver found malfunction :- cannot select or click on new installed Monterey pics or big sur default pics as well, AND, only dark screen when screen saver if active

2) Face Time doesn't work : - even any caller or any device call-in, Face time was cut when which side picked up, AND, no any button or pull down appear for further action


I have call Apple support but actually can't solve the problem

sad and painful downgraded in finally


anyone can help or advise please

Please navigate to www.Etrecheck.com and download the free version of EtreCheck. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it.
