What does this problem detail report mean?

I can't understand what this means. I recently installed a new OS update for safari and security upgrades. The only applications I use most often on my Mac is Roblox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. I've been getting this reports details very often whenever I try to wake up my computer. It doesn't wake up and then restarts.

Can anyone understand this report and translate what the issue is?

Panic logs don’t really tell you much. Sometimes they hint at the cause; most often not.

Kernel panics are predominantly caused by hardware faults or third party kernel extensions. You don’t have any third party kernel extensions loaded, so it is most likely hardware. Hardware can be external.

It also could be a bug in Apple’s kernel extensions, but that is rare.

You can attempt an NVRAM reset, then erase and reinstall, but you likely will just end up taking it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair Center.
