Three Things to do:

A. Start with a Restart:

Restart your iPhone, and see if it then is fixed.

B. View Apple Support:

2. Scroll to: Get help with alarms
3. Proceed from there as necessary

C. Reporting this to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

2. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have trorubleshsot it, thus far.
3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
4. Proceed from there aw necessary

There are a few things to check:

1. Check the ringer silence switch is not silenced
2. Check that a focus or "Do Not Disturb" isn’t active
3. Check that headphones or another bluetooth device is not active
