CanoScan Lide 100 Scanner driver compatibility issue

I am using macOS Mojave 10.14.6


Is there a way to make the Canon scanner - CanoScan LiDe 100 work with the Mojave ?

I am having compatibility issue. Does anyone know the drivers that I can install?

The paid, VueScan Professional product supports the LiDE 100 without any Apple or Canon software. You can try VueScan before a purchase decision, and it will give you years of service without vendor dependence.


I purchased VueScan Professional in 2010 when Canon abandoned my scanner. This scanner has worked ever since, with several releases of macOS, without paying the vendor any upgrade charges. It currently works with Monterey 12.0.1 on my new MacBook Pro with the current version of VueScan.


I receive no monetary or other benefit from the VueScan vendor for mentioning their product here.
